Recently Elisha reached out to introduce me to essential oils. I had never tried them out before so I was super excited to try a sample! You can check out her essential oil shop here. I recently have been slightly struggling with stress and getting enough sleep. I specifically tried oils that are supposed to help with those things.
After a week of using them I can definitely say I benefited from them. If I were to recommend one to others it would be the sleep one. I noticed that I was able to fall asleep more quickly when I put it on before bed this week. I don’t know exactly how it worked (I should read the eBook that came with the samples again) but I even think the scent was helpful. It was almost as if the scent was soothing to the point where I was distracted from the million thoughts running through my mind.
The stress one was good too but I found the benefits to be more temporary. When I put the stress essential oil on I definitely felt more relaxed but sometimes a little while later the stress would come back. The best long term stress management for me I have found is exercising or writing for the blog. I would have included this one in the picture too but the bottle shattered in my purse 🙁
When I finish my sample for sleep I would definitely consider purchasing it! I would also be interested in using essential oils with a diffuser instead of with a roll on.
