As someone who loves fashion so much I studied apparel merchandising, I definitely like to partake in some retail therapy on rough days. However, I am not really on the budget to do that right now. On the bright side retail therapy isn’t solely about the purchase in my opinion. I also enjoy the process of simply window shopping and admiring cute/pretty pieces. I feel like the point of retail therapy is distraction, so browsing can help with that part.
If you are in the same predicament as me I thought I would share some of my strategies for online retail therapy on a budget. The focus is online because I don’t have a car quite yet (so soon though!). You might still enjoy that aspect if you don’t want to leave the comfort of your bed though.
First I would recommend following your favorite online boutiques on Instagram. If you need some suggestions I will list my favorites below.
The second thing I would suggest is following some great style pinterest boards. Here are some of my favorites!
Lastly, if you must purchase something my favorite website for trendy good deal is Boohoo. They seem to always have a sale going on!
