I recently mentioned that I have gotten back into working out. However, it can be hard to motivate myself to get to the gym. One of the things that really helps me is having a workout playlist. This is not a new concept, but I thought I would share my workout playlist for anyone who is trying to workout more and needs some music suggestions to keep them motivated!
